Scale Insects

White & Pink Wax Scale

Variable in size, shape and colour, appear as small tortoise like lumps attached to leaves and stems. Scale insects suck sap and damage the plant. Also cause sooty mould. Spray whenever infestation is evident – usually February to May. Citrus-Spray with Clear White Oil in February and May. Chemspray Malathon or Chemspray Clear White Oil or Chemspray Antiscale or  Garden King White Oil Aerosol or Garden King Conquer
