Pest Description When to treat Recommended solution
San-Jose Scale The scale develops on the trunk, limbs and twigs and occasionally on the fruit of such trees as apple, apricots, peach, pear, plum and a great variety of introduced trees and shrubs. The scale covers an irregular circle about 1.5cm diameter. It is greyish in colour with a dark area in the centre. Spray at dormant stage prior to bud swell and during growing season. Chemspray Lime Sulphur or Chemspray Antiscale
